From the moment I found your site, the entire process was a pleasure! I called for clarification on the product I wanted to order and received immediate answers. Also, got follow up e-mails on delivery eta, etc. Customer Service is obviously a priority and we received the MOSAIC TILE 6 weeks earlier than other places had told us we could get it. AnchorBay was the ONLY place I could find the tile I needed after my contractor purchased the wrong tile. If it wasn't for AnchorBay our project would have been pushed back 2+ weeks! We had to have it 2 day aired. Tile arrived on time and was exactly what I wanted.
