    Ground-shipped orders ship with UPS or FedEx. We will select the carrier best able to deliver in your area. For orders weighing up to 150 pounds, you may select one of our expedited shipping options. We can offer ground shipping only within the 50 United States.

    What are the shipping options?

    AnchorBayTile now offers FREE UPS Ground Shipping in the Continental US on all orders over $299.00. Free Shipping will be applied automatically to your order by our website during checkout on all orders over $299.00. For orders to Alaska and Hawaii, we offer competitive UPS Ground shipping rates so please call our toll free phone number to place orders for these areas.

    For the best service possible, AnchorBayTile.com ships orders weighing less than 150 lbs via UPS Ground, and orders more than 150 lbs via Common Carrier LTL Freight. Orders over 150 lbs. will ship via Common Carrier and delivered as a curbside delivery only. Freight orders weighing more than 150 lbs will arrive on a pallet and someone will need to be home on all residential deliveries to meet the truck. Please have someone available (contractor, friend, etc.) who can lift the boxes from the pallet in to your home.

    Ground Service
    Orders shipped using our standard delivery will be sent using UPS Ground delivery and usually will arrive within 3-5 business days. In stock orders shipping UPS Ground to Alaska and Hawaii usually will arrive in 5-7 business days.

    Express Delivery
    Orders shipped using our expedited shipping will be sent via UPS and will arrive within the time frame chosen by the customer. Expedited shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process and can be selected based on the shipping speed required.

    We do not ship UPS or Common Carrier LTL truck to Post Office boxes.

    Common Carrier Services
    Larger tile shipments over 150 lbs. require delivery by private trucking firms (common carriers). These companies will call you in advance to arrange a delivery time. This is curbside delivery only. For these type of orders please make sure you have made arrangements in advance to have someone available (contractor, friend, etc.) to help you bring the items into your home. It is very important that you inspect these common carrier deliveries thoroughly before signing for them.

    Inspect the boxes for external damage, remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any damage, visible or not, you must indicate such on the Bill of Lading. If a product appears to be damaged to the point that it cannot be used – refuse the delivery by printing “Damaged Upon Arrival” on the Bill of Lading and contact us immediately for a replacement shipment.

    If you discover internal (non-visible) damages after the delivery has been signed for then you need to notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We simply require you to email us 3 – 4 photos of the damaged material so we are supporting documentation in order to file a claim.

    Samples Shipping
    Samples shipping is a flat $4.50 per shipment, regardless of the amount of samples. (One sample tile is shipped at $4.50, mutiple sample tiles are shipped at the same flat rate of $4.50.) Samples are shipped USPS Priority Mail with 2 – 3 day service to anywhere in the Continental US, Alaska and Hawaii. Samples are not returnable for a refund.


    Do you ship outside the U.S.?

    Any Canadian and international order must be quoted in advance by our sales team via telephone. Please phone our ORDER DESK with your project quantities and we will quote you international shipping rates as soon as possible. Please note that all international shipments will include shipping costs as well as duties, taxes, customs and brokerage fees which are the responsibility of the customer.


    What is the return policy?

    AnchorBayTile must receive any return request in writing via fax or email, or via phone by calling 1 888 260-7371 within 5 days of delivery of your order. When a return request is approved, the customer will have 14 days to return items for refund or a credit. Customers who request a refund will be issued a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number which will be sent to you via e mail. Complete the form and place the form in the box for shipping back to the address indicated on the form.

    Important: Shipping fees are not refundable.

    Shipping fees are not refundable unless the product arrived damaged or if there was an error on an order caused by us.

    All items submitted for return will be subject to inspection and AnchorBayTile reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if items do not arrive in their original cartons and in re-sellable condition. Variation from sample tiles, or in color, shade, or dimensions are not deemed cause for return. Installation of our tile products constitutes acceptance of that product and those items will not be eligible for return.

    All orders that are returned are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Please note that special orders are not returnable.

    Returning product purchased with Free Shipping
    If your order was over $299 and you received free shipping, the actual shipping charges associated with your order will be deducted from your refund. For this reason we STRONGLY recommend customers order TILE SAMPLES prior to placing a full order.


    How do I make a return?

    Follow the instructions on the Return Materials Authorization (RMA) paperwork which we supply to you once we receive your request for a return.


    What do I do if an item is missing from my shipment, I received the wrong product, or if there is product damage?

    We strive for a high level of quality in all of the products we offer to our customers. Occasionally, there is a problem with a product and in those cases we will work with you since customer satisfaction is our number one goal.

    We ask our customers to inspect their package immediately upon its arrival.

    We request that our customers notify us of any problem in writing via fax or email within 5 days of receiving the order. Installation of any tile constitutes the customer's acceptance of that product and that tile will no longer be available for a return.

    UPS / FEDEX
    Smaller items are generally shipped via UPS or FedEx. If you are home when the delivery arrives, please inspect the packages for obvious damage. If a product appears to be damaged, please refuse delivery of the item and notify our CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM immediately. If the delivery is made when you are not home, then please inspect your order carefully. You should confirm the accuracy of the order and verify that all products have arrived in satisfactory condition. Any claims for damages and/or errors must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

    Customers assume responsibility if damaged merchandise is signed for at the time of delivery. All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery; if you suspect damage, please note 'damaged' with your signature or refuse the entire delivery and call us immediately at 1 888 260-7371. If concealed damages are reported within 48 hours for UPS or FedEx deliveries, we can file a claim on behalf of the customer and work to resolve it. If a customer signs for a common carrier delivery and does not note any damage, then it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the freight company to recoup the damages.

    We encourage you to take advantage of our popular TILE SAMPLES program since a computer's monitor settings may affect the way colors appear on screen.
