Our production process is a very stable process based on European
Standards. Inexpensive DIY blades are cheap blades from low cost manufacturing countries where the process is not stable. Meaning the bonding process (chemicals, materials and heat which are key to the performance of any diamond blade) used can be unstable and sometimes contaminated.
Our factory uses much stronger & thicker steel cores with our blades and the
steel is tensioned properly. Again, in the lower cost countries they don't pay attention to this step in the production process.
